Refund Policy

1. General Policy

All purchases made with Nextgen Strength for personal training services — whether in-person sessions, online coaching, or digital programs — are considered final and non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in writing.

We are committed to providing exceptional service and will work with clients to address any concerns on a case-by-case basis.

2. Session Packages and Coaching Programs

  • No refunds will be issued for unused or partially used session packages or coaching programs.

  • Clients are responsible for completing purchased sessions within the agreed-upon time frame.

  • In cases of injury or extenuating circumstances, a credit may be issued at our discretion for future use.

3. Cancellations and No-Shows

  • 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule any session without penalty.

  • Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited or charged in full.

  • No-shows will be charged as a full session and are not refundable or transferable.

4. Digital Products (Online Programs, Guides, etc.)

  • All digital programs, plans, and guides are non-refundable once purchased.

  • Due to the nature of digital content, no refunds or exchanges will be given for any downloadable or viewable materials.

  • Please ensure the product suits your needs before purchasing — contact us if you have questions.

5. Memberships or Subscriptions (if applicable)

If your services include memberships or auto-renewing subscriptions:

  • Clients may cancel at any time with written notice prior to the next billing cycle.

  • No prorated refunds will be given for partial use of a billing period.

  • It is the client’s responsibility to manage and cancel subscriptions before renewal dates.

6. Refund Exceptions

Refunds may be considered in the following exceptional circumstances, with supporting documentation:

  • Verified medical conditions that prevent further participation

  • Relocation outside of service area (for in-person clients)

  • Technical failure (for online services), if not resolved within 7 business days

7. Disputed Charges

If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us directly to resolve the issue. Chargebacks filed without first attempting resolution may result in cancellation of services.

8. Policy Agreement

By purchasing services from Nextgen Strength, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy in full. This policy is subject to change without notice.
